ZJHC pneumatic diaphragm cut-off valve is the improved product based on small pneumatic diaphragm single-seat adjusting valve, small size and light weight, leakage according to national standard VI level. Receive signal from regulation instrument, close or open valve, regulating pressure, temperature, flow and liquid and other processing parameters of regulation system, used in chemical, petroleum, power station, light industry and other departments for cutting media

Structure principle

ZJHC pneumatic diaphragm cut-off valve, made up of ZH（A/B） pneumatic diaphragm actuator and VJC cut-off valve

Principle: when no input signal, spring first provide force, make valve spool be at closed position(air on) or open position(air off). When pneumatic operation pressure input into diaphragm room, diaphragm produce a thrust, make putter moves, valve stem connected to putter through slotted nut, putter drive valve spool to move, make valve spool be at open position(air on) or closed position(air off), then can open or close valve

Features: sealing surface of valve spool made up of PTFE and metal. Use PTFE to sealed, metal to limit, reliable sealing. ZJHC pneumatic diaphragm cut-off valve with two action types: air off and air on
