principle

The pressure calibration station includes pressure source (numerical control hydraulic / pneumatic system), digital pressure sensor, image processing system, verification software, computer and printer.

The pressure calibration table adopts the numerical control pressure source to automatically press, obtains the standard pressure value through the high precision digital pressure sensor, uses the computer image processing system to recognize the pressure gauge reading, calculates the error value according to the corresponding pressure meter verification procedure and makes the verification in conclusion.

After receiving the "start test" command, the computer sends a verification command to the numerical control pressure source. The CNC system controls the pressure of the system to reach the required pressure point, and then transfers the standard pressure value to the computer. The computer captures and recognizes the pressure gauge through the image processing system Reading, and then electronic control tapping the first person to knock the test table (in accordance with the requirements of the program), and then identify a test table readings, identification results with high-precision pressure sensor standard pressure values ​​compared to calculate the pressure gauge The indication error.

For pressure transmitters and pressure sensors, the intelligent pressure calibrator measures the electrical signals they output, and the software reads the voltage value of the pressure transmitter or pressure sensor after the pressure of the control system reaches the required pressure point. The value is compared with the standard electrical signal value to calculate the indication error. After the verification is completed, the error data is calculated and the error data is stored, and finally the error data table and the test result are displayed and printed.
